Pop-up with only identities

Sometimes when I get to the authorization fields on a web site, the 1Password pop-up menu only shows me some of the contact information I have set up in Identities, it doesn't show any Logins I have even though they match the URL

For example, in GMail you can set it up to send email from another email account. This pops up a new window which asks for the SMTP server to use, then the credentials for that server. I use GMail's smtp server and then I have saved the login info for my GMail account with a special "app password" that it can use for this. However, when I get to the username field, the pop-up menu only shows me usernames and emails from some of my "Identities", but not from the login whose website URL matches that popup window.

I have seen this occasionally in other cases but I can't remember them right now, this one is current.

I have a fully updated 1Password and extension, running in updated Firefox and Chrome with the same result.

    Thanks for reporting this! The team can definitely take a look at updating the filling recipe for that page. Could you please send the page structure of the webpage in question to our support team? Follow these steps:

    1.  Open the website in question until you can see the field that you're referring to.
    2. Right-click on the page and click "1Password - Password Manager" > Help > Collect Page Structure.

    Attach the resulting JSON file to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

    With your email please include:

    • A link to this thread: https://www.1password.community/discussions/1password/pop-up-with-only-identities/164279
    • Your forum username: bdoserror
    • A link to the affected webpage.
    • Please do not post the file here on the forum.
