Strange Windows hello issue suddenly

Hello Wizzard1ā€‹! šŸ‘‹

I'm sorry that you're seeing different behaviour on your Windows PC from what you saw before. I'm not seeing the same behaviour on my end. Here's what I'm doing:

  1. Lock 1Password for Windows.
  2. Close the main window of the 1Password app. 
  3. Click the 1Password icon in the system tray. 


The 1Password app window opens and the Windows Hello prompt appear automatically. Can you tell me if you're following different steps?

Hi Dave

I was having problems when it started with Windows (being in the Tray). I stopped it starting with Windows and have an icon on the desktop. It works in this situation.
