Sync seems to be only one-way between my iMac and MacBook (and iPhone)

I have just discovered that I have missing items in my 1Password 7 vaults on the iMac (items that appear on my other devices). So I just tried creating a new item on the iMac, and on the MacBook. That seems to be suggesting that sync is not working from the iMac to other devices. Yet they are all logged into my account, I believe.

1Password Version: 7.9.4
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: MacOS 11.6.5 on iMac and 12.0.1 on MacBook

    Update: 1Password customer support are helping me with this... requesting diagnostic files from each device (easy to provide).
