All the answers I found were a bit dated, so I think a new run at it might be helpful.

Thanks for checking that. Are you using a VPN or proxy, or anything similar, on your iPhone? If so, try turning it off, opening and unlocking 1Password and waiting a minute or two with 1Password open to see if the changes sync to 1Password.com.
If you're not, or you're still having trouble, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your iPhone:

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.
