I'm sorry for the delay in responding here, welcome to the 1Password community! It sounds like you're having some trouble filling your login credentials for Capital One (and possibly for other websites). I see that you tagged both Windows and iOS in your initial post, can you do the following as a first step:
- Make sure that iOS AutoFill is enabled for 1Password on iOS: Use 1Password to save logins and sign in to apps and websites on your iPhone and iPad
- Make sure that 1Password in installed in your browser on Windows: Get to know 1Password in your browser
Then try to fill your login credentials again. If that still doesn't work then can you tell me the following in regards to Capital One:
- Are you unable to fill on iOS or on Windows? Or both?
- Are you trying to fill into the Capital One app? Or into their website?
- If you're trying to fill into their website then what browser are you using and can you share the website address of the page in question?
