trouble installing on new Windows 10 machine

Question

I submitted a support ticket through the website but not sure it went through - apologies if this is a duplicate.

I am trying to install the 1Password app on a new windows 10 machine. I can sign into my account on my.1password.com but I get an invalid sign on when I enter my master password to get into the desktop app, which is working everywhere else. I am also unable to sign in using my email, secret key, and password. I am a long time user with a membership account.

Can you please advise?

horatio8 Sounds like there is a local vault on your Windows 10 machine. Is it possible that one has been copied across from a previous machine or backup? Try opening the desktop app with any old master passwords you might have used for local vaults.
