Hello chimera388! 👋
I'm sorry that you're running into issues when authenticating your 1Password account on your Windows PC using your security key. As a first step, make sure that 1Password has the appropriate access in Windows settings:
- Open the Windows Settings app.
- Select Privacy & security.
- Scroll down and select Passkeys.
- Make sure Passkey access is turned on.
- Expand the Let apps create and use passkeys section.
- Expand the 1Password entry and turn on all the 1Password domains listed below the 1Password app.
- Select the security key option in the “Choose a passkey” popup that appears.
Then try to authenticate again. Let me know if that doesn't work.-Dave

Hello, Dave!
In the Windows Setting section you described, the "1password.com" domain was turned off. I turned it on. It created the popup on the third re-toggle, and that worked! My problem appears solved.
