Watchtower does not display Duplicate Records

How can I delete all duplicate login records? My 1Password's Watchtower does not display Duplicate Records (I'm using 1Password browser extension version 8.10.72.27).

I'm new to 1Password and am trialing using both 1Password and Dashlane.  I had previously imported all my hundreds of logins from Dashlane's zipped .csv file.  A few weeks later, I did another import of Dashlane's zipped .csv file because I had new logins in Dashlane.

Unfortunately, I now have duplicate records/logins whenever I access 1Password either via my Chrome browser or via the 1Password mobile device app.  Unfortunately, I had incorrectly assumed that the 2nd import from Dashlane would just overwrite my 1st import.

I'm using 1Password on both 1) a Windows 11 PC with Chrome browser (latest version) and 2) an Android phone.  I'm not sure which version of 1Password I'm using since I could only find the "1Password browser extension info" (listed above).

Hi iivory, thanks for your question, and for trialing 1Password!

Assuming you haven't made recent updates to your information saved in 1Password, and that you can still export your up to date information from another password manager, the quickest option is probably to delete everything in 1Password, then do the import again. Here are the steps:

    1. Open and unlock 1Password for Widows.
    2. Confirm that any information saved in 1Password is currently available in another exportable location.
    3. Select "All Items" from the sidebar.
    4. Click an item from the list, then press CTRL + A.
    5. Right click a highlighted item, then select Delete and confirm your choice.
    6. Import your information to 1Password.

Let us know how that goes, and thanks again!
