Windows 11 Hello
Hello everyone,
I am new to this community and have been completely satisfied for a few months after switching from Lastpass.
But there is still a small problem:
Recently (possibly since the latest cumulative update of Windows 11) I have to enter my master password every time after a restart. Previously, this worked fine with Hello.
What is your advice?

I am having the same issue - it's not EVERY time but most times. And not even just after a restart - after a sleep as well. It's very frustrating. LastPass had its problems but I never had any issue with it asking me to login every single day.

I'm sorry that you're experiencing this issue. To confirm, is it the browser extension, desktop app, or both where you're being prompted to enter your account password? If it's the browser extension specifically, could you confirm what you see for the Integration Status in the General section of the extension's Settings? Note you can access the settings by right clicking the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and selecting Settings.

Realistically, it's both. To unlock the browser extension, I nearly always (and it's got worse over time) get asked for the password. That annoys me, so then I launch the desktop app - which now nearly always asks me to enter my password before using Windows Hello. I just about exclusively use Windows Hello to log into my laptop, so why is it asking me to do this daily? Sometimes, on a good day, it will just prompt me for fingerprint which I don't mind. Today, I put in my password on the desktop app and THEN the browser extension asked for my fingerprint scan. Stupid when the desktop is already unlocked.
I don't have anything in Integrations but Integration Status shows Connected.
It's very frustrating. It's a waste of time when I need it to work as promised.
