Account has been reset after trial

Today I my trial ended and I choose to subscribe. To my big surprise my account has been reset after payment, so all my vaults are gone. Does anyone know if I can retrieve my vaults anywhere?

  • I will do, thanks. In the mean time I dug a bit deeper and it seems that I have two subscriptions on the same mailaddress! I explained it further in the mail to support. 
    The support id is:

    That definitely isn't right, subscribing shouldn't affect your vaults at all. Since I don't have access to your account information here in the community, please send an email to support@1Password.com so that our support team can take a look.

    After emailing in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]. Post that here, and I'll be able to locate your message and make sure it's gotten to the right place. 🙂
