Active Apple Subscription but Account Frozen
Started using 1password on August 10th and signed up for a 1 year subscription via Apple. Today I am notified my account is frozen and I can not unfreeze it. What I have tried:
- Signing out of everything and logging back in.
- Cancelling and repurchasing subscription
- Deleting 1passworld app and resinstalling it
So far customer support is providing no solution. Anybody have this problem and solve it.

I'm sorry that you're running into a billing issue with your 1Password account. I don't have access to your account information here in the community and our support team is in the best position to help resolve the issue. I see that my colleague sent you an email yesterday, please continue the conversation by replying to that email.
