Thanks for reaching out! 1Password will automatically fetch rich icons for your items from our rich icons database. You can make sure that rich icons are turned on for each of your devices by following the steps in our guide (but toggle the option on rather than off):
If you're not seeing icons for certain items then make sure that those items include a website address. If they don't you can add a website address by editing the item and then choosing +add website.
If you still don't see an icon then it means that our rich icons database doesn't include an icon for that website. You can add a custom icon to the item by editing the item and then selecting the current icon in the item (even if it's empty) and choosing Choose new icon. You can then choose an image from your device to use as the icon.
Feel free to report any websites where 1Password is missing an icon here and I can file an issue to have them added to our rich icons database.

Any size minimums or dimensions or image format considerations for submitting these?

Thanks for the question! Icons are best formatted when they're 512 × 512 (pixels) or at least 180 × 180 (pixels) in a square aspect ratio in a PNG format. The file size doesn't matter when submitting a rich icon since we can resize the image as needed from our end.

If only all favicons were available at 512x512, but unfortunately that's often not the case, even for large organisations. So you have to end-up doing an image search for some company graphics to use instead, lol!
