Cannot access 1password server from French phone operator network anymore
Hi,
since this morning, we cannot access our 1passord server when connected using a French phone operator network:
- The app shows an offline status
- The website lexifi.1password.eu returns a message that said the connection as been reset by peers
As soon as, the connection is established through the Wi-Fi network, all is normal.
We have tests with the following main operators, orange and SFR.
It looks like some firewall rule are filtering addresses from those operators.

I'm sorry that you're seeing an offline message in the 1Password app on certain networks. Our infrastructure team deployed improvements to our network handling earlier today, can you lock and then unlock 1Password and let me know if you still see the same issue?
If you do still see the same issue then please let me know and the team and I can investigate further.

Same here, 4 phones, 3 Sosh and one OBS (two brands of the french mobile operator Orange).
But it's ok on my Orange fibre connection.
I have send my ip by mail at support@1password.com. - Bestter06New Contributor

Please email us using support@1password.com Be sure to use the email address tied to the account in question. Be so kind as to include your IP address and we can check for any logs on our side. It could also be totally cell service related. I'd recommend checking on another network such as Wi-Fi if possible and see how you fare.
