Can't log into new iPhone
Got a new iPhone.
To log into 1Password, it is asking for the two factor authentication code, which I had with Microsoft Authenticator app. I thought when I logged into the MS Authenticator app on my new phone, the saved 1Password info would show up and I would be able to get the number. But it is not.
I am able to log into the 1Password app on my Mac and iPad but no way to turn off two authentications.
I have my 1Password emergency kit and 1Password recovery code. The app on my iPhone asks of for the secret key along with the password, I sign in and then it asks for the Two-Factor Authentication code.
I clicked having trouble signing in, entered my recovery code, but it was aborted due to a successful log-in to my account. I'm guessing my apps on my iPad and Mac.
Please help.
Hey JohnJingle - have you seen the "If you lose access to your authenticator app or security key" section in this article? This might help, but if not, let me know what I am missing.

I attempted thru the app like mentioned by Ian yesterday. I must have tried on the on the bad iPhone Verizon gave me originally, so that wasn't fully logged in. I just tried on my iPad and it worked.
Now my good iPhone is logged in.
Thank you, thank you, thank you so much. I am going to print this out and attach to my secret code for next time.

Ian That's exactly what I was going to recommend too! 🙂
JohnJingle If you still have access to 1Password on one of your other devices (you mentioned being able to log in on your Mac and iPad) then you can temporarily turn off two-factor authentication there as Ian described.
If you're still unable to access your 1Password account after trying those steps then let us know.
