Chrome passkey not being offered
I noticed that when I go to register for a site with a passkey, 1password is not offered as a source to save passkey. I believe I have all the settings enabled correctly and I am updated to newest version on everything, not sure what else to check. I have included screenshots of everything. 1Password on computer is unlocked, and extension works to save passwords. Oddly I don't see popups like on other computers to "save" passwords either.

If you've already tried the steps in this guide, can you confirm you're using a 1Password Business account? If you are, then I would check to see if your IT team has turned off passkey support for 1Password as explained here: https://support.1password.com/team-policies/#sharing-and-permissions.
If you're not using 1Password Business, or your IT team confirms that they didn't turn off passkeys for your account from their end, then let me know and I can help further.- parksjoeNew Contributor
I just followed guide again to recheck, and yes it still is failing. I also reached out to our security team and they don't have passkeys disabled. This is further confirmed by another coworker using the same system and being able to save/use passkeys with the same account.
