I have upgraded to 1Password 8 for Mac. Yesterday I had to re-set my iPhone settings and since then I cannot use Face ID to open 1Password. I have re-installed the 1Password app, checked to make sure 1Password is approved for using Face ID on my phone. Can you advise?

Same issue. Reset all network settings because of a completely unrelated issue (no text message alerts?!?). 1P 8 was working just fine with Face ID before I did the reset and now... UGH. Have downgraded back to 1P 7, which IS working fine but I'd rather have some feedback from 1P.... this is insane. Face ID is working just fine everywhere else. This is clearly a KNOWN "reset all settings" sort of issue... can't we get this resolved???

Agreed, silence is not the answer. Just lookiing back at the first page of comments, it appears that this issue has been known to 1password for (checks notes) over a month?
Given this, an ETA would be most welcome!!!

Seems like just reverting to 7 would be the easiest solution.

Also experiencing these issues. iOS 16.0, iPhone 13 Pro, 1Password 8.9.5. Also had to reset all settings because of Spotlight indexing bug. FaceID for 1Password is especially critical on iOS because I so often have to go to 1Password to copy a password, and paste it into a webpage or App. I now just decide not to do things on my phone that I otherwise could because 1Password has made it too hard.
Just another of my many reasons to say that 1Password 8 was not well thought out and executed by the AgileBits team. This was a huge miss - Former Member
I'm not going to completely reset my phone just because ONE app has an issue with face ID, but everything else on my phone works. I pay for the app, so 1Password folks need to fix it and send out an update to resolve the issue for everyone that has it.

I'm having the same issue! It's annoying having to copy/paste my password on my iPhone every time. I get the checkmark that makes me think it's working, but it won't let me into the app.
