Is this the official support mechanism?

Clicking "Feedback and Support" in the app takes me here. Is that right, this is how you get support? I'm just a bit surprised. For a paid product, support through a public forum seems a bit unprofessional.

    Welcome to the community. We're glad to have you. As lysander mentioned you'll get lots of help from users and staff alike. If you wish one on one communication, then the email support option would be the ticket.

    Following what Ben said, these forums provide excellent support both from the Agilbits team and users.
    The synergistic effect provides most answers.

    As far as I'm aware, there is nothing in our design specs about including a link to the contact page in the help menu. I'm happy to share the thought with the team, though. 👍🏻

    OK, is it a bug that there's no link to the "Contact" page in 1Password's Help menu? I would expect to see it there.
