I'm sorry that you're running into a few different issues when using 1Password, that certain isn't the experience that we hope to provide. I see that you've tagged quite a few different platforms, so that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following:
- Are you seeing these issues on your new Macbook Pro? Or on other devices?
- Which browser are you using?
- Do you remember which website you ran into the password generator issue on? Has it only happened once or does it happen each time that you generate a password?

Hi Dave,
I appreciate your response. I made it pretty clear that Iβve been experiencing these issues across a variety of devices and OSes including the dozens of Windows devices I manage at work, my Macs (both Intel and Apple Silicon) at home, and iOS devices and on browsers including Edge and Safari. Needless to say, this isnβt a hardware, website-specific, or OS issue. The lack of reliability is pervasive over the past 3 years. So, Iβm not really here to troubleshoot. I can see there is a serious problem and I just want to know if AgileBits is aware of how bad it is and whether they are actually working on it. I just want to understand whatβs going on.

It's difficult to say if the issue that you're running into is something that our team is aware of without more information. If you're seeing issues on different platforms then the cause of those issues are likely different. For example, filling in an app on iOS works completely differently from filling in a browser on Windows.

With all due respect, this isn't one bug as you're suggesting ("the issue you're running into"). This is a pattern of instability and poor reliability of this software. That's not something I can help you troubleshoot. What I was hoping for was to get some feedback from this community to understand what's going on and if others are dealing with this, but it seems like you changed the title of the thread to be completely different than what I intended.
