Login app for windows

I have downloaded 1password for windows, but it won't accept my password. Caps lock is checked. I can log in online if I use .eu

    Hello saywhat​! 👋

    I'm sorry that you're unable to add your account to 1Password for Windows. Can you try these steps: 

    1. In your browser, sign in to your account on [1Password.eu](https://my.1password.eu/signin).
    2. Click your name in the top right and choose Set up another device.
    3. Click "Add your account directly" and allow your browser to open 1Password. You'll see your account details in the app.
    4. Enter your 1Password account password and click Sign In.


    If that still doesn't work then I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your Windows PC:

    Send a diagnostics report (Windows)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

    With your email please include:
