Merging Duplicates

You can use Watchtower to locate and remove duplicate items: https://support.1password.com/watchtower/#find-duplicate-items
Note though that this will flag items that are exact duplicates, so if there are any differences between items they won't show up as duplicates.
In the case where there may be differences between items, another way to quickly locate potentially duplicate logins would be to check the "Reused passwords" section in Watchtower. While this will still require manually going through the items, those with the same password will be grouped together which should hopefully make the process a bit quicker.
