New Feature "Expiry date" - Where is the alert?

I would like to know if I just don't understand it or if it doesn't work. I have added a date to an item and set an alarm for the day before. But no alarm appears on the day of the alarm?! I can o...

    Hi Ronso,

    I'm sorry that the "alert" is expected only in the item details view or the Watchtower section currently. I understand it might be ignored easily.

    Therefore, I shared your feedback and filed a feature request accordingly for our team to improve the feature. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Did this ever get sorted out? I thought email alerts would be one of the most basic things to implement?

    The current implementation is the item is shown in Watchtower. The feature request is still active and I'll add your voice to it. Thanks for letting us know this matters to you.
