Passwords deleted from account - urgent help needed
Yesterday all my passwords were deleted from my account and they are not found in the recently deleted folder. This creates an urgent situation for me, and I hope that someone from the technical team can assist.
I have used 1Password for a while now and am generally very impressed with the product. I hope the team can help me resolve this technical issue.

I can understand how troubling this situation must be, so I totally get your concern and urgency. Our support team directs tickets to the appropriate experts on the team, as such I'm sure it's in the right hands. To avoid any duplication, I would suggest continuing the conversation with our team via email.

Thanks very much Simon for yours and team's help on this issue. I will definitely appreciate a speedy resolution. I've explained the situation and my request in the email chain. If a senior member of the team or someone on the technical staff could reach out to me, that would be amazing.
