I'm sorry that you're unable to access your 1Password account and that you haven't yet received a reply from our support team. It looks like there may have been a delay after your ticket was transferred between teams. I've flagged your support request internally, and you'll receive a reply from the team soon.

this note is for who can read this, from 1Password support - 2 days ago i posted this item and it still says: Under Review Your post has been received and is awaiting approval.
This appears to be a quirk of our community platform but your post is visible to everyone even if it hasn't been manually approved. I'll ask our community team if the banner message can be hidden to avoid confusion in the future.
