Not able to autofill username/password in inc.com website

Using" 1P for Mac 8.10.68 (81068014) & 1P for Safari 8.10.64

    I'm sorry that you're running into trouble when filling into inc.com. I don't have an account for that website but I just tested some fake credentials and it looks like filling is working: 


    Can you update to the latest version of 1Password for Safari and then try to fill your login again: How to keep 1Password up to date in your browser

    If that doesn't work then can you tell me a little more about what isn't working? Do you see your login credentials being suggested but they just don't fill? Or are they not suggested at all?

      I'm using 1P 8.10.68 and 1Password for Safari 8.10.68 on Mac.

        Thank you for the screen recording. It looks like there's quick a big delay in 1Password responding on that page after you try to do things like open the inline suggestions menu. It looks like the page itself loads a little slowly as well (the icons take a moment to show up). Do you notice performance issues on other pages as well? 

        Can you try the following: 

        1. Use Apple's guide to see if there any any performance improvements you can make: If your Mac runs slowly
        2. Try clearing Safari's cache/history: Clear your browsing history in Safari on Mac


        If that still doesn't work, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from 1Password in your browser:

        Send a diagnostics report (browser extension)

        Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

        With your email please include:
