Password entry does not appear in Passwords section

I have an entry in the Software Licenses category and an entry in the Passwords category. Both entries have the same name. When I go to Software Licenses category the entry appears there, however, when I go to the Passwords category the entry does not appear there. Both entries do appear in the All Items section. This behavior occurs in the desktop application as well as the browser version of 1Password. How can this be rectified?

    Hi jdguilty​! Thanks for writing in.

    My first thoughts here would be that the Password item was turned into a Login item, or that the Password item is stored in a different account or vault. 

    In the 1Password desktop app could you locate the errant Password item then let me know if it includes both a username and password? If the Password item doesn't have a username field, could you confirm that All Accounts, or your primary account is selected in the desktop app, then try checking the Password category?

      We can consider this issue closed, as the items in question (one of them being the software license) are no longer being used. I've deleted both of the 1Password entries.
