HELP! Some of our team member cant access the app within the vault.
I need some help. I’m the admin and password manager, and some team members can’t access the platforms in the vault I shared with them. A few users can log in without issues, but others are getting “incorrect password” errors even though the credentials are correct. I can log in fine on my end, so I’m not sure where the issue is. Because they needed urgent access, we had to share the passwords manually, which defeats the purpose of the vault. I’d really appreciate your help resolving this.

I'm sorry that your team members are unable to access 1Password. Please send an email to support@1Password.com so that our support team can help. Please send the email from the address associated with your 1Password account and include the following:
- The email addresses of the affected users.
- A screenshot of the message that they're seeing.
- Where they're seeing the message: in the desktop app, in the browser, etc....
After emailing in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]. Post that here, and I'll be able to locate your message and make sure it's gotten to the right place.-Dave
